How Personalization Works

How Personalization Works

Personalization should make the gift feel like it belongs to one family, not like a name was slapped onto a template. Each approved personalized product will clearly explain what can be changed before checkout.

1. Choose the trade

Start with the work: linework, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, welding, mechanics, roofing, carpentry, landscaping, or another requested trade.

2. Choose the family connection

The best keepsakes connect the trade to the relationship: dad, mom, spouse, grandpa, grandma, apprentice, mentor, crew member, or the kid who looks up to them.

3. Add product details

Depending on the product, personalization may include a name, family role, short dedication, trade title, hair/skin options for illustrated books, or a short message. Each product page will list exactly what is supported.

4. Review before production

Because many items are made on demand, product pages will identify production timing, shipping notes, and any limits before launch. Personalized items may not be returnable unless there is a production defect or order error.

If you need a trade or role that is not listed, use the custom request page and tell us what you want to see first.
